An annual, weekend-long event that celebrates the producers of North West Tasmania, TrailGraze is set to return for the third year running from the 19th-21st of April 2024.
Presented by Tasmania’s Tasting Trail, the event is once again set to tantalise taste buds and spotlight the incredible food and beverage producers in the region. TrailGraze is fast becoming a highlight in every food and travel lover’s calendar, shining a spotlight on the Tasting Trail and the inspiring producers that call this stunning region of the state home. The Tasting Trail showcases the diversity of the North West food bowl, offering up an array of produce from fruits, nuts, cheese, meats, seafood, condiments and confectionery, to wine, cider, craft beer and spirits.
TrailGraze 2024 promises to be bigger and better than ever, expanding to host a one-off dinner on Friday 19th April. This exciting event will feature esteemed TrailGraze ambassadors from the 2023 program, including Chefs Palisa Anderson (Chat Thai) and Lilly Trewartha (Izakaya Temporary) and acclaimed beverage expert and journalist, Mike Bennie. The trio will team up to create a menu that showcases drinks and ingredients from the trail.
An ideal event for families with children of all ages, the TrailGraze weekend takes place in both mainland and Tasmanian school holidays. With this in mind, the 2024 program is not only about indulging for adults but also about family-friendly experiences, with a number of face painting, treasure hunts, games, nature play, and crown-making experiences dotted throughout the Trail to keep everyone entertained throughout the weekend.
