TrailGraze is set to return for its fourth year, bringing together the best of North and North West Tasmania from 11-13 April 2025. The weekend kicks off in style on Friday, 11th April, with the highly anticipated TrailGraze Dinner at the Tasmanian Food and Wine Conservatory in Sassafras, North West Tasmania. Following the TrailGraze Dinner, the weekend will delight visitors and locals alike with two full days of producer events, including tastings, tours, and workshops, running from Saturday, 12th April to Sunday, 13th April.
Presented by Tasmania’s Tasting Trail, a year-round self-guided touring experience across the North and North West of Tasmania, TrailGraze is an annual, weekend-long celebration of the food and beverage producers from the region. The event offers an immersive experience of Tasmania’s incredible produce, ranging from fruits, nuts, cheese, meats, seafood, condiments, and confectionery, to wine, cider, craft beer, and spirits.
Ideal for families with children of all ages, TrailGraze coincides with both mainland and Tasmanian school holidays. The 2025 program offers a wide variety of family-friendly experiences, such as face painting, treasure hunts, games, nature play, and crown-making activities—ensuring there’s fun for everyone throughout the weekend.
